I led hands on classes for groups of as many as 12 kids at a time. Their skills development and safety were my primary role and keeping their attention and building relationships with their parents were paramount to my success. Although I had taken a full time position with Chase Bank, my managers at the City of Aurora requested that I remain an employee there and work any time I had a few hours because I was a favorite instructor for kids, parents and the other staff members.
