I'm a Technical Lead and Full-Stack Developer with over 10 years of experience in building high-performance, scalable web applications. My primary expertise lies in JavaScript-based technologies—particularly React.js, Next.js, and Node.js—with a strong foundation in frontend and backend development. Over the years, I’ve worked across a variety of industries, including BFSI, insurance, SaaS, and eLearning, leading both product and platform-level initiatives.

In my current role at Tata Consultancy Services, I lead a team of developers focused on building accessible and reusable UI components using AEM and React for large-scale financial platforms. I’ve managed end-to-end development lifecycles, from gathering requirements and estimating effort to deployment and production support, ensuring clean, maintainable code and smooth delivery.

Previously, I’ve worked on multi-vendor eCommerce systems, live testing platforms, and life sciences applications where I not only contributed technically but also mentored team members, participated in hiring, and drove process improvements. I’m comfortable working in both agile enterprise teams and fast-paced startup environments.

Beyond hands-on development, I’m passionate about clean architecture, team collaboration, and solving real-world problems with technology. I'm also exploring AI integration—using tools like OpenAI APIs and Vercel AI SDK—to bring intelligent features to modern web applications.
