I bring several years of remote work experience in the BPO industry, having worked as a Virtual Assistant with Focusinc Group Corporation, one of the leading companies in Davao City. I was assigned as an IT Assistant to a freight forwarding company based in New Jersey, USA, where I gained valuable experience in administrative and technical support.

In addition, I have a solid background in the hospitality industry, where I led the development and execution of both online and offline marketing strategies. I managed digital platforms and spearheaded social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Mailchimp. My efforts consistently contributed to increased brand visibility and customer engagement.

What sets me apart is my ability to merge creative marketing strategies with strong administrative and customer service skills. I take pride in delivering results-driven social media campaigns and providing seamless support to the teams I work with.

To further strengthen my qualifications, I recently completed an online training program with Virtual Assistant Mastery PH. This course covered Social Media Management, Facebook Advertising, Data Entry, Lead Generation, and Canva. I am also open and eager to learn new tools and systems as needed.
