I am a Management and HR Consultant with an experience of 13 years. I hold a Masters in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources.. I am currently pursuing M.Sc in Applied Psychology.

In my capacity as the Director of a Strategy and HR Consulting firm, I was heading the  HR consulting and coaching practices of the organisation. As the Practice Head, I was the focal point of contact for over 400 clients of the firm globally, and the 42 trainers and consultants that comprised the Delivery Team. 

Besides heading the HR practice, I was actively involved in designing and co-facilitating in-company workshops, public events and outbound programmes. As a consultant, my forte includes Training Need Analysis, Training Effectiveness, Job Profiling, Competency Mapping, Performance Consulting, Policies and Systems and Organizational Surveys.

I was the prime mover behind Campus2Corporate (C2C), the National Contest for Engineering & MBA students. I had the privilege to be the Brand Ambassador of C2C for institutions and corporates.

As the prime mover behind C2C, I regularly addresses Engineering & MBA students on Corporate Employability and helped the students groom themselves for a successful corporate career. I have addressed around 16,000 students in the last few years.

I was presented the Young Achiever Award by SNDT University(Mumbai, India) in 2007. Having presented several papers in national and international conferences, my paper on ‘Talent Management: An experiential Model’ has been published in the book ‘Managing Global Competition: A holistic Approach’ by Macmillan India Ltd.
