I am currently employed as a customer service/sales representative and an Email Specialist with Eli Global Philippines ( Beckett.com ) for 9 years. I do inbound/Outbound calls and assist customer product inquiries, order status, placing an order, billing, closing a sale. I do email support most of the time too. The nature of my job has something to do with sports and non sports card collecting enthusiast. It's about having collectible cards authenticated and graded.
In my 9 years of experience as a customer service representative, it develops my ability to deliver friendly and courteous service as well as knowledge of presenting a positive image of the company. I have an extreme ability to welcome customers in a considerate manner, deal effectively with customers of different backgrounds, respond to their concerns and resolve issues, perform verifications and maintain records. My education and experience has enabled me to understand and manage administrative work efficiently with minimum or no supervision.
Furthermore, I took BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management at University of Cebu. In my spare time, I enjoy dancing, singing, travelling and meeting new people.
