My name is Jay, and in this Cover Letter I wish to highlight why I wish to be considered for a position within your company.

I have been working directly with Client Services for the past 10 years, and I have been in charge of quality control and team management on various occasions.

In the past 12 months, I have been selected to implement new projects within my organisations, thus, I have been in charge of stress tests, workflow and quality control optimisation, liaison with Training and Quality departments, to more focused quality work such as the one I have been developing in the past 6 months for Facebook and Netflix. 

In short, I am a very meticulous person with great attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Due to being a very proactive professional, I am able to multitask, independently prioritise and ensure business needs are met, never losing my nerve during more stressful situations. In addition, my work experience has been focused on team management, quality control, and training, therefore, I am no stranger to identifying root causes and the corresponding actions to improve performance, analyse and report on data, provide real time feedback/training/coaching with a patient and action-oriented manner, and delivering support to the operations. 

Overall, I know I can make a great positive impact to the company with my data and quality-driven attitude, and training and management enthusiasm.
