Executive Resolution Department.

  • Previously working on a Telecommunications Company where I handle escalated calls. Creating tickets, provide instructions to customers on how to use their phone and, troubleshooting is my responsibilities as well.
  • We make sure that customer is given the correct resolution to avoid customer calling back with the same issue.
  • We create tickets for phone replacements for phones under warranty if defective and carrier tickets for signal issues.
  • I also handle applications for free government phones for eligible applicants doing the interview and providing instructions to finish the application and receive benefits.

Risk Operation Analyst

  • Currently working for a bank where I handle bank disputes submitted by card holders for transactions that are not authorized by them. I investigate card holders account for possible fraud by checking accounts checking history and tranfers. Creating ticket and sending emails to cards holders for updates. Also processes chargebacks if card holders claim is proven valid.
  • Here integrity is checked since we all have customers account information.
