I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, and I’ve been working in the BPO industry for the past 13 years.
Over the years, I’ve taken on several roles that have helped shape my skills and career:
I started as a Call center Agent, where I spent 6 years honing my communication and persuasion skills.Then, I transitioned into Customer Service, providing support and solutions to clients for 2 years. After that, I moved into a more technical role as a Technical Support Representative, which I held for 3 years—this allowed me to apply my tech background and problem-solving abilities more deeply.
Most recently, I’ve been working as a Team Lead for the past 3 years, guiding and supporting my team to meet targets and improve performance.
Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong understanding of customer needs, technical systems, and team leadership. I’m passionate about growth, both personal and professional, and I always strive to bring value to every role I take on.
