Jobs and responsibilties

• Source candidate using Linkedin, Monster, Careerbuilder, Indeed, Dice, Github, etc.
• Create Boolean Search string and xray candidates
• Conduct interview, recruiting call, scheduling interviews, prepping, debriefing, on-boarding, start dates.
• Maintaining a good relationship with contractors that are working for our clients by calling them every month.
• Answer contractors issues and concern, making sure that they are happy with their job.
