Jobs and responsibilties
- Source candidate using Linkedin, Monster, Careerbuilder, Indeed, Dice, Github, etc.
- Create Boolean Search string and xray candidates
- Conduct interview, recruiting call, scheduling interviews, prepping, debriefing, on-boarding, start dates.
- Maintaining a good relationship with contractors that are working for our clients by calling them every month.
- Answer contractors issues and concern, making sure that they are happy with their job.
