Avant-garde English newspaper based in Makati City, Philippines  Edited the World pages, one of the prime showcases of TODAY that made it stand out from other newspapers during its time. The paper extensively used the resources of The New York Times in presenting incisive and intellectually stimulating foreign news stories.
