I work as a Technical Support for a Telecom Company. I assist in the restoration of a
subscriber's internet connection using different Webtools to check and monitor
their connections. I use different ticketing tools to provide Outage Id's for the
subscriber. I am currently learning and exploring the field of software development
to broaden my career path.
