I have five years Customer Service Experience and is well versed using MS Office/Excel and Powerpoint. My background lies in successfully maintaining superior customer relationships and providing outstanding service and support to meet, and surpass, expectations and requirements. Also, I have been a BPO Process Trainer for two years. I was able to handle 25 employees in a Classroom environment set up and train new agents with the company's products and services. I helped identify the need for a customer service department and worked to create a training program for new role.
