Hi, I’m Jay Ann — a curious and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant. I help entrepreneurs and businesses stay organized by simplifying systems and processes so they can focus on what truly matters.

Since 2021, I’ve worked in technical support, and I’m now expanding into the Virtual Assistant field. While I’m new to the VA industry, I’m always willing to learn, be trained, and take on new tools and tasks with patience and focus.

I’m currently open to full-time roles — either in technical support or as a virtual assistant — ideally based in Cebu or remote. I value time, clarity, and systems that make work smoother for everyone.

Outside of work, I love quiet cafes, sipping matcha, and organizing my thoughts. Whether it's solving issues or setting up structure, I find joy in making things work behind the scenes.
