I’ve spent the last four years honing my skills in remote work, and I’m passionate about the role I play in driving business success from anywhere in the world. Currently, I work as a remote Recruitment Marketing & Advertising Analyst for a U.S.-based company. For the past 3.5 years, I’ve been responsible for managing and optimizing programmatic advertising campaigns, ensuring they stay on budget, and providing detailed reports with actionable insights to improve campaign performance. It's a role that really challenges me, and I love finding new ways to improve results while maintaining efficiency.

Before this, I worked for another 3 years as a remote Executive Assistant, supporting executives across various U.S. businesses with no relation between them. That experience has put my adaptability skills to the test, learning about different industries, many software, and following different best practices related to each company's culture. In this role, I executed a set of different tasks like CRM support and travel management, where I enhanced my ability to make proper travel arrangements for multi-time zone teams in different cities and countries.

I also have a background in sales, and I hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. So, whether it’s working on ad strategies, supporting teams, or finding new ways to engage customers, I’m always looking for the most efficient path forward.

What I really enjoy about remote work is the flexibility it offers, while still being able to collaborate effectively with teams across the U.S. It's something I’ve truly mastered over the years, and I feel confident in my ability to bring value to any remote role.
