Javier Dominguez Garces

I am an experienced Esports Manager. I have around 7 years experience working with professional teams and another 3 years helping the industry in an amateur environment.

I had the opportunity to work in different roles. From scouting players and creating rosters to managing and leading a lot of teams during my career. I have worked pretty much all the time with League of Legends teams, but I also work with teams of Valorant, Rocket League, Fighting Games and Female CS:GO. I help to manage live and online events for different orgs as well.

I have been passionate about esports since day 1 and I am still eager to grow and learn. I am really motivated for the next step in my career.

Outside of esports I have worked a couple of years as a sales representative at Ikea. I worked as a divemaster in Thailand guiding groups of divers in underwater expeditions and I also worked in Zermatt at a premier resort known as Europe's best place for skiing and snowboarding.
