Has worked for several industries, including Retail, Tourism and Leisure, Air Transport, Hospitality,

Telecommunications, Renewable Energies, Distribution, Communication Consultancy, Company Services.

Spanish citizen, he speaks and works indistinctly in Spanish and English, always in a pragmatic way, reaching the goals through the proper performance of his assumed duties and competences.

• Advise both entrepreneurs and companies, not only in processes of growth and business consolidation, but also in changes of ownership or preparation for sale.

• Review business basic cycles’ management processes and administrative channels, detect improvable aspects and propose corrective actions.

• Manage the budgetary control and day-to-day follow-up of owning companies investments.

• Negotiate with suppliers, service providers, clients, financial institutions and public organisms.

• Design management reports' models , maintain and update all kinds of periodical reporting (general ledger, financial, statistical, budgetary and internal control).

• Implement management control and cost-reduction measures.

• Analyze projects’ feasibility and investments’ reasonability.

• Lead, manage, handle and motivate teams in turnaround situations.

• Support, assist and advise our clients in M&A and Hotel Brokerage transactions’ negotiation process.
