Intexmedia / Developer → UX Designer → CSO → CEO
I was hired by this company as PHP developer. AHer compleAng some
projects while in that role, I switched to analyAcs designer, largely due to
my holisAc point of view where I am able to work from two points of view,
design and business. While in that role, I redesigned all the interface of all
Intexmedia products, with parAcular reference to design and business
metrics. Nowadays we would call that role UX. I was subsequently
promoted to CSO (Chief Strategic Officer) of the whole group of
companies (Intexmedia is a group of 4 companies, each one specialized in
a parAcular niche: lifestyle/food, soHware downloads, social media and a
liUle soHware factory to support the other three). While in that role, I was
helping the company to establish the product strategy for the whole
company and per niche-company.
I was responsible for 44 sites in 9 languages, and we featured in the Top10
in traffic in Spain, México and ArgenAna. AHer several months, I was
promoted to the role of CEO, which involved more complex management
tasks.

My entrepreneurship project
within Intexmedia. In my role as
CPO, I was responsible for
developing all the user experience
and mockup interfaces, in line
with the business model, thus
enabling developers to build an
MVP. I also performed the role of
project manager. I was able to raise
a pre-seed round but I failed to
raise a new round so the project
closed
The company decided to invest in
this startup, a revoluAonary HRM
system. The investment was a
mix of sweat equity in the form of
Tech Angel and cash. As
Intexmedia was their tech
provider, I also performed the role
of the Chief Product Officer. The
project was in its very early
stages and I worked together
with the founders, creaAng the
mockups and UX of the whole
product and working as the
project manager to develop the
MVP.
