Hi, I’m Jatin Parmar, a Bookkeeping Specialist and MSP Autotask Consultant with 7+ years of experience supporting CPA firms, bookkeepers, MSPs, and small businesses. I focus on helping clients keep their financial and operational systems accurate, organized, and easy to manage.

My work covers full-cycle bookkeeping, reconciliations, AP/AR, month-end close, payroll, and financial reporting. I regularly work with QuickBooks Online/Desktop and Xero, handling cleanups, catch-up accounting, and ongoing monthly maintenance. I enjoy simplifying messy books, fixing errors, and setting up workflows that help clients save time.

Along with accounting, I also specialize in Autotask PSA administration for Managed Service Providers. I help MSPs streamline service delivery by building dashboards, live reports, workflows, SLAs, and billing structures that improve visibility and reduce manual work. I’ve created 150+ reports and supported teams with ticketing, billing, utilization, and performance tracking.
