Initiated structured sales review of Non trade segment of the company, by setting following Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
1) Mapping Clients with Respective Sales Officers.
2) Tracking New Clients added by Sales Persons.
3) Initiated Middle Men (TPC) sales performance review.
4) Tracking inactive Clients and monitoring action plan to revive them.
