I work in the business process outsourcing industry for almost 2 and a half years as a
customer service representative. I encounter different types of people. Learned how
to cope and resolve their concerns about their phone services. I also help them to do
troubleshooting steps for their devices if services are not working. I also handle
another line of business(LOB) under AT&T Prepaid which is Emergency Broadband
Benefit Program(EBB) which I help customers to get enrolled in the program, get
discounts from the U.S. government, and apply it to their current service.
