I work in a call center for 10 years now, doing customer service tasks, I specialized in financial accounts and have little background in technical support because we assist customers with their online banking. I've been promoted as well as a coach for OJT and the main task their is to train newly hired associates about the product itself before they enter the production. I've been also to several accounts during those ten years of experience working in the BPO industry, Ive been with GE money bank, Macys Credit, Bank of America and sprint.
