With my previous client, I did Podio task. I did property underwriting, wherein I need to check all specific information on the property. Check the status, check flood zone information, do comps for monthly rent using hot pads, google maps, and redfin, I also do the estimated rehab for the property which I use online photos for reference and I also need to calculate for their tax rate using the county website.

I also had a task wherein I need to create an app in Podio.

I experienced searching for leads information as well using fastpeoplesearch, truepeoplesearch, and Spokeo. I also used Zola zoning to check the zoning of the property in New York.

I also did experience editing MLS docs using pdf editor.
