Senior Designer & Art Director |-
Provided design, art direction and illustration services to support a portfolio of consumer brands within
one of the largest cannabis companies in the world. Maintained brand integrity while producing a wide
range of digital and real-world marketing assets. Known for adaptability, deep brand knowledge, and the
ability to bridge legacy and evolving brand standards in a fast-paced, regulated industry.

• During Curaleaf’s $800M acquisition of Grassroots; acted as lead designer and brand steward
preserving brand integrity while designing and executing a major rebrand roll out spanning retail,
digital, social, wholesale, and event channels.

• Co-led Curaleaf brand refresh; conceptualized and designed a flexible CRM email system that
significantly improved efficiency and brand consistency nationwide. Achieved company-wide
adoption and praise from stakeholders.

Recruited as the sole art director and designer during a pivotal growth phase. Shaped the brand’s
identity and creative presence from startup to top-tier multi-state operator. Provided creative support
