Programmed online forms using the company’s W.I.R.E. (Web
Integrated Research Engine) proprietary software.
Used the W.I.R.E software to initially create
forms/questions based from the materials received from
the client.
Followed instructions from the materials through

related and other custom functions.

PHP
Customized the survey’s default PHP templates
generated by the W.I.R.E internal software used in
creating phone and web surveys to meet the client's
requirements, and ensured the delivery of correct
survey questions, logics, and design to the respondents
through thorough unit tests. Such customizations were
mostly logic related, standard checks or verifications of
input, and usage of temporary database for logs.
HTML
Customized offline and online forms generated by the
W.I.R.E internal software to match the client's picture of
the interface as much as possible.
Javascript/JQuery
Used JQuery functions for interactive design purposes
when requested by clients such as "zooming of the
image upon mouse hover", triggering of hide/show
events on elements, Data Polling with the use of AJAX
technology, highlighting of words upon clicking, etc.
CSS
Designed the survey interface and modified the default
style template to match the "look and feel" required or
as requested by the client. Such designs were addition
of Company logos, curved edges of forms/tables, usage
of different fonts, etc.
