Jasmine Rae Baguio

Hi. My name is Jasmine Rae Baguio but you can call me Jas. I am a young mother of one, I do have son and 

he is already one year old. The reason why I want to work from home is because I want to spend more time with him. I also want to help my husband in terms of financial needs and to start saving for my son’s future. 

I am a newbie in the freelance industry however I am a well experienced customer service representative from some BPO companies based in the U.S and Australia. I am in the industry for 2 years and areas of my expertise includes assisting customers in health care inquiries, coverage and dilemmas. . I also have intermediate 

background in collections and handling billing concerns for a telecommunication company where I had experience doing some cold calling. I have been a telemarketer for a non- BPO company where I used to handle sales and marketing, lead generation and some appointment setting tasks. 

I may be new working as a freelance however my skills and capabilities can be backed-up by my professional  experiences gained over many years of working. I am a woman who have a great sense of time management, good communication skills, a very active listener and also the one who is determine to finish the task given with a great sense of outcome however I am also very willing to learn new things and gain new experiences that I can use for myself and the company’s growth.
