Hi, I am a BPO employee before working as a virtual assistance. I've been in BPO industry for almost 9 years and experience a lot of line of business. I worked as a Financial representative for almost 3 years with Sutherland Company; doing account creation for a debit reloadable card, reviewing card transactions and helping the card owner to file a dispute for unauthorized transaction. I spent A year and a half for Travel and Car rental account in Teleperformance; Booking hotel and flights, helping customer to get the best experience during their vacation. 3years for Health insurance representative (United health care) with Optum company; taking refill orders for their prescriptions and checking their copays and reviewing the medicine tier of the patient, connecting patient to Dr and to pharmacist concern. And lastly ended my BPO carrier as a technical support/representative for Almost 2 years with FPS Davao; upgrading the internet service of the customer, adding security features and trouble shooting some minor technical issues that can be done over the phone. Afterwards, I encourage my self to look forward and get a work from home job which is still in line with my experience and tried applying as a freelancer to a multiple job vacancies and after almost a year of trying to get a client; I got into an appointment setter job from a life insurance company for over a year; cold calling leads and making sure to get them an appointment to speak to their benefit specialist to get their insurance done.
