I have experience in monitoring social media accounts, prioritize client concerns from the most important to the least, as well as order fulfillment. I was trained to be attentive, assertive, and organized.I provide thorough support and problem resolution to customers by answering FAQs and assisting them with their concerns which involves but not limited to modifying orders, giving tracking updates, canceling of orders, refunds, offering replacements or discounts, creating discounts codes and record-keeping through google sheet.
