I am a graduate of Tourism Management and I have a passion for customer service. I have 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry and 2 years of experience in virtual assistance and during those times, I was able to successfully achieve my goals and diligently perform my roles.

In addition, I am a former Concierge Executive in a Condo/Hotel Property based in Manila, who specializes in offering excellent service in handling residents’ and guests’ requests with a multitude of individual inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Some examples of services I provided were preferential services (i.e. restaurant reservations, flight arrangements, and confirmations) and answering queries about house rules and procedures to Residents and Guests.

Furthermore, I am also a former Service Host in a 4-star hotel restaurant. Given that experience, I have also expanded my knowledge of Food and Beverage services.

Moreover, I have experience in managing a small business selling health and beauty products through different online shopping platforms. This business enhanced my knowledge about basic social media marketing and using tools like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.

I could help you perform internet research, content, and technical writing. In addition, I offer services like data entry, audio, and video transcription, email handling, customer relationship management, social media management, email marketing, basic chatbot setup, and basic video and photo editing. My strong written and communication skills gave me an advantage in expressing myself spontaneously.
