I’m a business management graduate with a strong background in customer service, property management, logistics, and bookkeeping. Over the years, I’ve built a career around helping businesses run smoothly behind the scenes while making sure clients, tenants, and partners feel supported and heard. I take pride in being detail-oriented, adaptable, and dependable especially in fast-paced, people-focused roles.
I started my professional journey in customer service, working with TaskUs as a Customer Service Representative for a freight and logistics campaign. There, I handled inbound and outbound calls, emails, and SMS while resolving customer concerns and documenting issues for clients. This role strengthened my communication skills and taught me how to stay calm, solution-driven, and organized even under pressure.
From there, I moved into property management as an Off-site Property Manager with Omega Property Management. This role allowed me to expand into administrative and operational work, including lead follow-ups, appointment setting, lease preparation, automated email campaigns, and basic bookkeeping. It was here that I discovered my interest in accounting and systems management, which later led me to pursue certifications in QuickBooks Online and Xero.
My experience with TDCX Malaysia as an Account Specialist for Stripe further sharpened my analytical and problem-solving skills. I worked closely with customers to identify issues, provide strategic solutions, and ensure first-contact resolution whenever possible. Building trust and long-term relationships with customers was a core part of my role, and I consistently aimed to go the extra mile to deliver excellent service.
In recent years, I’ve taken on more specialized roles. As a Logistics Specialist with Valoroo Inc., I coordinated with U.S. truck drivers and dispatchers to monitor shipment statuses, prevent service failures, and escalate issues when needed. I also completed a Bookkeeper and Team Leader Internship with Digital Bytes Financial Services, where I handled invoicing, bank reconciliations, payroll, fixed assets, and financial reporting.
Currently, I work as an Application Specialist with EIG Property Management, supporting prospects through the rental application process, coordinating showings, processing payments, and ensuring accurate records in Buildium. Across all my roles, my goal remains the same: to deliver reliable support, maintain accurate systems, and contribute to teams that value efficiency, accountability, and strong client relationships.
