Im Jarizze. As an ESL Teacher/Tutor, I pride myself in having a stable sense of responsibility. Being dependable has always been one of my known strengths as I always make myself familiar with all the tasks that is assigned to me (and even some that are not.) I believe that I have a comforting attitude as this has been validated by many and although I am predictable at times, I make sure that I always bring something new to the table to make learning experience as fun and exciting as possible.

I have a good interpersonal communication skills. I can handle classroom crises and I am confident that I can create a supportive and positive classroom environment. 

Excellent time management and organizational skills and I are a continuous learner. I attended different training sessions that helped me improve my teaching styles when it comes to handling kids and adults.

To improve more professionally and personally to avoid stagnation and reach my full potential, I took and pass the TESOL, TEYL, and TEFL certification

I recently attended extensive training in ESL for Jobs and Business at the Department of Information and Communication Technology to expand my teaching skills to develop good teaching strategies for future opportunities.
