And as our representative's motto "You should never be transferred" we catered almost all scope of support when it comes to customer problems. Technical, Rebate, Financial, Retention, Reimbursement and Customer service roles.

I was promoted from the same company I worked for. I assisted and coached teams in training how to do their jobs before they went to production. I give them tips and advisement, I coach them while listening to their calls and take in supervisor calls when necessary.

This was my first online job employment as a Helpdesk Support I was able to handle issues with customers who purchase license keys for Microsoft products.
