I've been in a BPO Company for 4 years, working as a customer service representative in billing, sales and health insurance, worked as a technical support for tv services and internet connections. I also worked as an appointment setter for a short period of time. And with this experience I had, it gave me confidence and boost my skills. I'm a trainable person and fast learner. I love challenges and facing new set of working environment which will show up my hidden skills. I love to multi task and I always wanted to be a busy person.
