Hello Clients, I am Jannes I am actively looking for a home-based job. As I was saying on my resume I have a little experience from being a customer service representative where I learned how to handle calls, be more patient with irate customers but aside on that what we prioritize on our work as a customer rep. is to give the best service that we could ever offer aside on that technically speaking I also learned from various training the proper handling of calls, analyzing customers account, to think and be best at critical situations in order to provide best solutions to customers concerns. It was one of the best experience I learned in my life during that time since it was my first real job with tons of opportunities and benefits as well. Moving forward I become a Mom and everything changed now I have to set aside my career and took care of my child that time. but then that doesn't stopped me to look for another window so I could provide to my family and also to let myself grow as an individual. So I looked for a job on line and 51 talk (ESL company) hired me it was surreal to earn money while I am at the comfort of my home. This company watered me to grow independently, to be more responsible in every way and most especially to be more accurate and punctual all the time. Our tasks as an online English teacher is to provide a friendly environment class to our students by motivating them to speak, write and read more. Our student ages is from 4 y.old to 60 y.old we teach from basic English to business English even prepare them from IELTS and TOEFL exams. Why hire me? I am highly motivated person, I never give up, I can commit to any projects that clients asked me, I am an easy learner and willing to undergo training to reach my clients standards.
