❖ Vendor Management: Follow-up with vendors to ensure client satisfaction. Responsible for raising
Purchase Order through FMP portal (a Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
❖ HR Support: Assist in completing Staff Background Screening process. Assist in opening staff bank accounts.
Ensure holidays and leaves record is updated on a regular basis. Timely updates of the Overtime Records.
❖ Facilities Management: Create, follow-up and close Work Orders on FMP. Ensure Work Orders are closed
on-time, in-full, within the desired quality parameters set my management. Diligently follow-up the monthly
Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules, and ensure timely closures and zero-defects.
❖ Inventory Management: Maintain an updated and accurate inventory of office supplies, consumables and
other Deutsche Bank and CBRE stock material. Ensure availability of adequate stock at all times, and maintain
an accurate and audit-ready inventory record system. Prepare and maintain record of GRN & Gate Pass.
❖ Finance Support: Maintain an updated SAP record and check for accuracy on completed paperwork before
submitting to the Finance Coordinator.

communication on the “Pester Power” in children. Pester Power is the nagging behavior of children which they use
