I've worked with eCommerce - Dropshipping (Shopify/Zendesk Expert). I create tickets, track orders, and respond to customer's inquiries through Email. I have basic knowledge in creating a Shopify website and product listing. I also have experience as a Telesales Specialist and General VA for more than 2 yrs. I am one of the Top Sellers, and I was promoted to lead Quality Control Admin Support, in this role, we check each lead to be sent to "A" rated Clients. I also trained new hires. I always make sure to finish daily tasks by meeting the client's deadline. I've been in the BPO industry for more than 5 yrs throughout the years.
