I'm an Administrative Virtual Assistant with almost 5yrs experience in an Administrative role.
Since 2019, I have been employed as an Administrative Assistant/ Accounting Clerk at a Construction Firm. My Role has involved performing all aspects of administration, including correspondence, answering phone calls, schedule appointments and meetings, data entry, bookkeeping, and purchasing, and I always make sure that our filling system is 100% accurate and systematic. I have been responsible for coordinating with the suppliers to purchase materials and processing payment beforehand. I was also trusted to do the most important tasks.

Academically, I have obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business Teacher Education majoring in Livelihood Education, in this course includes Office Management and Business Management. I also have undertaken many technical training courses including, Microsoft Office literacy.
