I have worked as ESL Instructor for almost 2 years and here, I was able to interact with students of various nationalities (thus, more experienced on conversing with people of different accents) and have undergone numerous training conducted by professional Native speakers.
Due to a transfer of residency, I transitioned as a chat support representative under a sales account. I assisted customers through the purchasing process via live chat, and answered queries regarding our products and services. I know how important it is to study the products and services very well to be able to effectively do my job. I see myself as a representative of the company and I take that very seriously.
