As a social media manager, I can do the following:

• Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
• Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
• Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
• Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
• Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs

Canva, Crello, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere

Prior to being a social media manager, I worked as an architectural and HVAC for 4 years. I am highly reliable & trustworthy, I am very keen on details, and most importantly, I am resourceful and proactive.

I am a continuous learner; As a matter of fact, I just graduated from six-week of Intensive training provided by the Department of Information and

Communications Technology. I attended the advanced Social Media Marketing and Advertising and Chatbot Development and Marketing. During the

training, I learned basic Facebook advertising and how to set up a conversational Messenger bot. I learned how to automate customer support, plan and

create a process flow, improve customer experience and increase sales.
