I have been in the BPO Industry for the past 2 years. My most recent experience was moderating content from one of the biggest social media platforms being used today. I was also a customer service representative handling incoming calls and emails in the retail/renting industry. I have been a technical support representative for almost a year that equipped me in becoming tech-savvy. I have assisted various customers with diverse technical issues that I helped with first-call contact. I have experienced multi-tasking from responding to countless emails and phone calls a day with Zendesk as a customer support representative. I particularly enjoy this business and the challenges that go along with it, especially the opportunity to connect with people. My real strength is that I am a very ambitious person, entirely focused on achieving my employer's objectives and also someone who wants to grow, thrive and develop with a company and team that has exciting and ambitious plans for the future.
