In my 3 years experience in Telco l gain lot of knowledge such as manage our database file in which i consolidate all reports from our system, validating the errors and correcting the wrong data before i convert those data to much informative reports, encoding technicians report and validate their report. I also lead and manage a team of telecommunications technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they perform their duties effectively.
But before l learned the skills mention above I started as a Customer Service Representative in which i managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and book appointment on our inhouse technician for actual visitation and restoration of their line.
