I've finished a Bachelor's degree Major in Information Technology.
I had an experience with Customer Service (Technical Support) which assisting in Troubleshooting the Internet connections and Hard devices. I also experienced creating Billing Disputes, ticket creation and data entries using different systems in my previous full-time job.
I am a Team Leader and Case Manager with my current job which I handles team members to monitor and guide them to everyday work and providing them a weekly coaching.
I am also doing an Outbound and Inbound calls and able to provide a highly professional customer service in getting accurate details for every Clients and being able to document it to the ticketing system.
Additionally, I am creating a weekly schedule and a rotation for the designated tasks of every team member, scheduling the technicians with our Clients and creating reports regarding the existing tickets.
