Janina Landicho

I worked in BPO industry for more than 5 years. First 2 years as a Sales Adviser for UK account, sold products and services such as TV, Broadband, Home phone & Mobile. I also learned to do upselling & rebuttal. I was one of the Point of Contact of the team and helped with end of daily report. I switched to Customer Service for AU account, assisted with billing, answering the concern of customers about the products & services that we offer. After a year, I was promoted as a Case Manager, same account but were handling installation process, taking in complaints, troubleshooting, email handling. Currently, I'm working part time as an English Tutor. I'm hard working & very patient. I know how to do photo & video editing. I believe that with these experiences I can be an asset.
