Responsible for supporting executive and management in attracting customers to new products through visual product positioning, messaging, and communication, I increased sales for one of Canada’s largest retail pharmacies by coordinating and scheduling improvements to the customer experience. Conducted research to best inform product positioning and messaging strategies.
