Hello!

My name is Janet Noblejas Tan. I am 43 years old, single. I have past experiences with regards to data entry here in our locality for about 2 years. It was about surveys. After that I shifted to work teaching English online for Korean students mostly businessmen. This was an office based work not from home. I worked for this job title for about 3 years. The recent job position that I had was working in a Call Center as a Customer Service Representative. My tasks was to assist customers with their concerns and inquiries. I do multi tasking with the help of my tools so I can provide accurate informations and first hand resolutions to the concerns and inquiries of the customers. It pays off when you can hear the customer tells you " Job Well Done!" It makes me happy to know that I was able to let the customer had his best ever Customer Service Satisfaction experience ever. I love inter acting with people, share different ideas and views that is productive and positive. I am also willing to learn and know new things that can help me work efficiently.
