Hello! I’m Janea Pristine Hermoso, an entry-level Administrative and Bookkeeping Assistant with hands-on experience supporting day-to-day financial and administrative tasks.
I have experience working with Excel and Google Sheets to record income and expenses, track paid and unpaid invoices, and organize financial data accurately. I’ve also handled creating and sending invoices and quotations using templates, organizing receipts and documents in digital folders, and maintaining up-to-date records.
In addition to bookkeeping support, I provide non-voice administrative assistance such as email handling, written follow-ups, file organization, and basic reporting. I am highly detail-oriented, organized, and careful when working with data, especially financial information.
While my bookkeeping experience is entry-level, I am eager to learn and improve my skills. I am open to training and guidance, and I am willing to learn accounting tools such as QuickBooks or Xero if required. I value accuracy, confidentiality, and clear communication, and I always aim to deliver reliable and organized support.
I am currently looking for a remote, non-voice role where I can contribute as an Administrative or Bookkeeping Assistant while continuing to grow professionally.
