I've been working in the BPO industry for almost a year now. While being an agent, I've learned a lot in this industry, including how to take calls properly and everything. And I was able to enhance and improve my communication skills and handle irate customers. As an agent, I was promoted to a higher position as a client acquisition specialist. This is my first time in a CAS position. At first, it was difficult for me, but as time goes by, I am slowly learning about this job.
