My name is Jane Obinna and for the past months, i have been running an internship program as a customer service agent. I have both theoretical and practical knowledge of communication tools like slack, zoom and Microsoft teams.
I also have knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like Freshdesk, HubSpot, Trello, and Zendesk. I have knowledge of how to use these tools for easy communication with clients and team members. I also know how to collaborate these tools by integration or zapping to increase workflow performance and manage work space seamlessly without having to run across multiple software's.
I can also work as a virtual assistant with my knowledge of software tools to help book appointments/schedule, organize and manage meetings. I also have experience on data entry jobs both for offline and online data entry jobs.
