I've handled accounts and worked with clients for eCommerce projects and have been working in the BPO industry for more than 5 years now. Worked as a Complaints Manager for a UK Telco account and tier 2 representative for a B2B project. Recent work experience includes social media brand ambassador and customer support, also worked as a community moderator and advance insider technical adviser for an operating system. Intermediate knowledge in Excel and Google sheet but can easily learn tasks and workaround on new software. Eager to learn and obtain new skills. I've developed the flexibility of learning and improving different sets of skills necessary for the job I find myself into. I like working independently but is also a good team player.
