Collected and analyzed key performance indicators (KPIs) to reduce milling time and decrease number of wiper trips as well as chemical usage. These studies helped the sales team customize quotes and clients were able to budget more accurately. Built ECWS’ first standardized training manuals for CT software. Additionally, standardized and automated commonly used data sets into new technical handbooks via Excel. This reduced report preparation time by roughly 50%. Active involvement with IT and Business Development teams in order to continuously assess the efficiency of current work flow and stay up to date with new technologies. Evaluated methods of field data collection process and its compatibility with recent implementation of a new software in the rigs. Initiated a group effort to automate and archive the data with less human error. Alternative way of data storing system at the back end was created as the result. Helped creating a central data location which resulted in reduction of redundant e-mail traffic by 50% between logistics schedulers, engineering, and the rigs. Collected and documented 2 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for on site flammable chemical usage via field visits and regulation studies.
