 JANE JEBICHII TARUS Director and Founder of Echem Holdings Limited. The company was formed and registered in May 2019 with the aim of giving solutions in the construction sector especially in; Painting, waterproofing, kitchen marble and Interior design sector. I was recently subcontracted to handle Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital; main solution was; Waterproofing solution (APP) for the flat roof which was over 800 square meters. Emwati Generals was the main contractor. We have also handled residential; underground tanks and swimming pools, among others. Currently we are in the process of building our database and hopefully one day we will qualify to apply for membership at KEPSA. Since joining Crown Classics Limited (Ramco Group of Companies) more than two and a half year ago until July, 2019, Jane has been the Manager in charge of – Marketing and Operations. Operations Responsibilities: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement through the delivery of a superior customer experience. Provide customers with basic and accurate business and product information, in-person and via phone/email. Take ownership of customers issues, and action resolutions. Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analysing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand. Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans. Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share. Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development. Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities. Provides information by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Apex Porter Novelli- Jane Tarus was the Strategy Development Executive at Apex Porter Novelli. She works closely with the APN’s management team to understand the needs of the client and develop proposals that demonstrate APN’s ability to deliver. Working as part of the APN Business Development team, Jane has played an active role in developing successful client proposals for Philips, European Union, Unilever, Wasreb, Athi Water Service Board, Vivo Energy and Kenya Association of Pharmaceutical Industry.
